Prohibited activities include automated scraping, disrupting site functionality, posting illegal content, harassment, spam, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts. Commercial use is not permitted without explicit written agreement. Intellectual property rights to all site content, design, and functionality remain with yippy.
Content Rights and Attribution
1A grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to view and read content for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or transmission of content is prohibited without prior written consent. Attribution to 1A and the original author is required for any permitted sharing. Community Conduct
Members agree to treat others with respect and maintain civil discourse. Content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, or infringes third-party rights will be removed. 1A reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations. User-generated content remains subject to applicable laws and these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, yippy disclaims all warranties. 1A is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use. Our total liability is limited to any fees you paid. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so this may not apply to you.

Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where yippy is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. You agree not to bring class action suits. For unresolved disputes, parties agree to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules.
